THE SNAP WAS HEARD BEFORE REACHING THE MECHANICAL STOP, GEAR DID EXTEND BUT NO FURTHER POINTER MOVEMENT WAS VISIBLE. FOUND MANUAL EXTENSION INDICATOR SPINDLE BROKEN AND FOLLOWER ARM BENT.
