THE RT HORIZ STAB CENTER L/E SECTION O/B RIB UPPER CHORD ANGLE IS CRACKED IN 3 PLACES ON IN FLANGE BETWEEN RADIUS AND FASTENERS HOLES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED UPPER CHORD ANGLE PER SRM 55-00-01.
