NR 0143 040.  FORWARD ENTRY DOOR LOWER GATE BEAM IS CRACKED 2 EACH PLACES ADJACENT TO LOWER FORWARD STOP PIN FITTING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LOWER GATE BEAM PER FEDEX SRM 51-10-1.
