DURING SCHEDULED CHECK OF CYLINDER, ENGINE PYLON FIRE EXTINGUISHER FOUND WITH CRACKED MOUNTING BRACKET.  REPORTED UNDER REQUIREMENT OF DOT EXEMPTION E-10990.  RETURNED UNIT TO MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR.
