## Discrepancy

STL - DURING CRUISE, FORWARD GALLEY OVEN OVERHEATED AND EMITTED SMOKE.  TURNED OFF OVEN.  FOUND DEBRIS AND SPILLED FOOD IN OVEN, MFG P/N 5616E.  CLEANED OVEN AND OPERATION NORMAL.
