ON TAKEOFF ROLL, LEFT ENGINE ONLY DEVELOPED 46 INCH MAP AND 2600 RPM.  THE TAKEOF WAS ABORTED AND RETURNED TO RAMP.  REMOVED FOD FROM UPPER AIR INTAKE SCOOP.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
