## Discrepancy

DURING TAKEOFF, REAR ENGINE LOST POWER AND PROPELLER FEATHER.  REAR GOVERNOR REMOVED AND FOUND BROKEN SHAFT.  GOVERNOR REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
