LEVEL 2 CORROSION, C3 CARGO COMPARTMENT FORWARD BULKHEAD AT STA 1625.  STRAP ALONG LOWER SIDE AT FLOOR LEVEL CORRODED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LOWER STRAP PER SRM 51-50-00.
