## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED FLAPS WOULD NOT EXTEND IN-FLIGHT. EXAMINED FLAP SYSTEM AND FOUND TUBE ACTUATOR DISCONNECTED FROM ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY. RECONNECTED TUBE AND FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF FLAPS SATISFACTORY. SUBMITTER SUGGESTS A METHOD BE DEVELOPED BY BEECH TO SAFETY TUBE ACTUATOR TO ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY.
