## Discrepancy

WHEN RT MAG SELECTED DURING ENGINE RUN-UP CHECK, ENGINE FAILED.  OBSERVED EXCESSIVE SPARKING AND POINT WEAR (7 HRS SINCE NEW).  ENGINE RAN NORMALLY AFTER REPLACEMENT OF CAPACITOR AND POINT ADJUSTMENT.  SUSPECT MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF PMA CAPACITOR.
