## Discrepancy

FOUND UPPER SURFACE OF HORIZONTAL STABILIZER CRACKED DURING DEICE BOOT CHANGE.  MITSUBISHI TECH SERVICE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED.  REPAIR WILL BE IAW SRM.
