## Discrepancy

BINDING, WHEN PROPELLER WAS ROTATED, FOUND DURING MORNING PRE-FLIGHT.  THE POWER SECTION WAS REMOVED AND SENT TO DALLGO AIRMOTIVE.  D.A. FOUND A MISSING LOCATING LUG FROM THE PT SHROUD RING THAT WAS BINDING UP THE ROTATION OF THE POWER SECTION.
