## Discrepancy

DURING AN EXERCISE, RAFT FAILED TO INFLATE.  INSPECTION SHOWED CO2 BOTTLE VALVE DID NOT OPEN TO EXPEL CO2.  CERTIFICATION DUE DATE WAS 2-15-96.
