## Discrepancy

DURING RUN-UP, PILOT EXPERIENCED RT MAGNETO EXCESSIVE DROP.  ON REMOVAL BY MAINTENANCE, ENGINE WOULD NOT RUN ON RT MAGNETO.  FOUND OPEN IN SECONDARY COIL WINDINGS.
