INSPECTED CONDITION LEVER AFTER OPPOSITE SIDE FAILED.  FOUND LEVER WORN MORE THAN 50 PERCENT THROUGH.  SUBMITTER RECOMMENDS MORE FREQUENT INSPECTIONS, I.E., EACH 150 HOURS.
