NOSE LANDING GEAR DEPARTED AIRCRAFT WHILE DOING TOUCH-AND-GO LANDINGS DUE TO ATTACH HOLES FOR NLG HOUSING ASSEMBLY BEING CRACKED OUT.  TWO HOLES HAD BEEN CRACKED PREVIOUSLY.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS AREA IS NOT ACCESSIBLE DURING INSPECTIONS.
