## Discrepancy

LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND EITHER ELECTRICALLY OR MANUALLY.  DETERMINED NOSE WHEEL ASSY WAS FROZEN IN WHEELWELL NOT LETTING GEAR COME DOWN DUE TO FROZEN ICE SLUSH.
