DURING ROUTINE ANNUAL INSPECTION, LT LANDING GEAR TORQUE TUBE FOUND CRACKED APPROXIMATELY 2 INCHES AROUND WELD AT CLEVIS BOSS FOR OVERCENTER LINK.  SUBMITTER REPORTS FINDING THIS CONDITION ON 4 OTHER MODEL 340 AIRCRAFT.
