HOSE CLAMP SECURING SONIC TUBE SCAT AT INTERCOOLER FAILED CAUSING LOSS OF 5 INCHES OF MANIFOLD PRESSURE ON TAKEOFF.  CLAMP NOT FOUND (AREA DIRECTLY OVER COWL OPENING - PRESUMED LOST IN-FLIGHT).
