CARBURETOR MIXTURE CONTROL DID NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY.  UPON INSPECTION, PN 86-18 LOCKWIRE, FOUND FATIGUED, CRACKED IN HALF, NOT ALLOWING FOR MIXTURE CONTROL SHAFT TO BE PROPERLY OPERATED.
