## Discrepancy

DURING TAKEOFF ENGINE HAD POWER LOSS.  FUEL STARVATION DUE TO BLOCKED VENT SUSPECTED.  SPARK PLUGS CONFIRM EXCESSIVE LEAN MIXTURE CAUSED POWER LOSS.
