## Discrepancy

ENGINE SUDDENLY STARTED RUNNING ROUGH, LOSS OF POWER (PARTIAL) WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT 210.  FOUND NR 1 CYLINDER EXHAUST ROCKER SHAFT HOLD-DOWN STUDS BROKEN.  INVESTIGATION REVEALED IMPROPER TORQUE ON ROCKER SHAFT HOLD-DOWN STUDS.
