## Discrepancy

TWO OF THE SPACERS USED BETWEEN THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL ATTACHMENT SHOWED SIGNS OF RUBBING. SUBMITTER RECOMMENDS THAT A ONE-TIME INSPECTION OF THE FORWARD AND AFT ATTACH BOLTS BE CHECKED FOR PROPER TORQUE.
