AT ANNUAL INSPECTION, THIS PART WAS FOUND BROKEN.  SUBMITTER STATED SL SE79-37 OBVIOUSLY WAS NEVER COMPLIED WITH.  SUGGEST THAT THIS SERVICE LETTER BE MADE MANDATORY.
