## Discrepancy

FUEL SELECTOR O-RING FOR THE RIGHT TANK FEED WAS RAISED BETWEEN THE SELECTOR BODY AND PLATE ALLOWING CONTINUOUS FEED OF FUEL FROM THE RIGHT TANK.  THE FUEL SELECTOR WAS NOT DETERMINED TO BE A FACTOR IN THIS ACCIDENT.
