ENGINE WILL NOT IDLE, DIES/RESTARTS OK.  WILL NOT TAKE THROTTLE.  WANTS TO BACKFIRE THROUGH CARBURETOR.  REMOVED CARBURETOR.  REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.
