G-SWITCH FAILS TO ACTIVATE UNIT IN THE 'ARMED' POSITION.  IF UNIT IS TURNED 'ON' THE LIGHT ON THE ELT SHOWS THE UNIT IS TRANSMITTING, BUT, IN FACT, THE UNIT IS NOT TRANSMITTING ON 121.5 MHZ.
