INSPECTION FOUND NR 4 CYLINDER CRACKED FROM OUTSIDE RADIUS OF INTAKE VALVE TO OUTSIDE RADIUS OF EXHAUST VALVE.  CYLINDER HEAD SPLIT OPEN BLOWING BOTTOM SPARK PLUG FROM CYLINDER.
