HYDRAULIC PUMP SHAFT SEAL FAILURE IN-FLIGHT 'WITHOUT INCIDENT', BUT ELECTRIC DRIVE MOTOR AND SURROUNDING AFT FUSELAGE AREA TO TAIL WAS SATURATED WITH APPROXIMATELY 2 GALLONS OF FLUID WHICH POSED A SEVERE FIRE HAZARD.
