## Discrepancy

RIGHT FORWARD LANDING GEAR BOLT WAS FOUND WITH HEAD SHEARED COMPLETELY OFF DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION OF WING ATTACH FITTINGS.  RECOMMEND GOOD INSPECTION OF GEAR ATTACH AREA.
