INSTALLED NEW DIAPHRAGM AND ACCUMULATOR INSTALLED IN AIRCRAFT 6-5-61.  ACCUMULATOR REMOVED 7-25-96 FOR INTERNAL FAILURE.  FOUND DIAPHRAGM RUPTURED AFTER 225 HOURS TIME IN SERVICE.
