PART FAILED AFTER 2 CYCLES.  LIGHT WOULD NOT RETRACT.  FOUND INTERNAL SWITCH LINKAGE LOOSE.  SUSPECT MICROSWITCHES INOPERABLE DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP AND PARTS MISALIGNED.
