## Discrepancy

ENGINE QUIT ON TAKEOFF.  DISASSEMBLED CARBURETOR AND INSPECTION FOUND SEAT VALVE HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY TORQUED.  SEAT WORKED LOOSE AND LOWERED FLOAT LEVEL TO WHERE ENGINE COULD NOT DEVELOP FULL POWER.  CARBURETOR OVERHAULED 10-95.
