VACUUM SYSTEM FILTER UPPER BLACK RUBBER CAP WILL CRUMBLE IN YOUR FINGERS.  NOT CURED.  BOTTOM APPEARS OK.  SUBMITTER STATED VERY DANGEROUS, WILL BLOCK DOWN STREAM INSTRUMENTS.  LABEL ON BOX HAD DATE 8/94 ON IT.
