## Discrepancy

REGULATOR FIELD LINE WENT TO FULL VOLTAGE CONDITION CAUSING OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION TO DISABLE SYSTEM.  REPLACED VOLTAGE REGULATOR TO SOLVE PROBLEM.
