## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS ON FINAL APPROACH TO PHX WHEN UPON LANDING GEAR EXTENSION, THE PILOTS DELCARED AN EMERGENCY AND MANUALLY EXTENDED GEAR AND LANDED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT WAS T/S, AND FERRIED TO IFP WITH GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED.
