## Discrepancy

LOWER LEFT LANDING GEAR FORK FAILED APPARENTLY DUE TO 'INTERNAL' CORROSION.  DURING TAKEOFF ROLL (TIME OF FAILURE), THE LEFT TIRE WAS CAUSED TO WEDGE AGAINST UPPER STRUT.  THIS EFFECTED SEVERE LEFT BRAKING AND CAUSING ACFT TO DEPART RUNWAY TO LEFT.
