CUSTOMER COMPLAINED OF LOW STATIC RPM AND SLUGGISH PERFORMANACE OF AIRCRAFT. THIS CORRESPONDED WITH APPROXIMATE TIME OF A TOP OVERHAUL. PROPELLER AND TACHOMETER WERE CHECKED AND WITHIN SPECIFICATIONS. LOG BOOK ENTRIES STATING WORK DONE WAS VERY VAGUE AND NO PARTS LIST PROVIDED.
