## Discrepancy

DISASSEMBLY INSPECTION OF ENGINE AFTER HPT BLADE FAILURE REVEALED FAILURE OF THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER SUPPORT/INNER C.C. CASE ATTACHMENT FINGERS.  SUSPECT CAUSE OF FAILURE WAS RELATED TO SHORT TERM OPERATION OF MALFUNCTIONING ENGINE AFTER HPT BLADE FAILURE.
