FLIHGT CREW REPORTED LEFT EMERGENCY PRESSURIZATION WOULD NOT WORK UNLESS WINDSHIELD AIR SELECTOR ON. INVESTIGATION REVEALED FAULTY ANTI-ICE MASTER VALVE.  REPLACEMENT VALVE CLEARED PROBLEM.
