## Discrepancy

DURING A ROUTINE PHASE INSPECTION, A WHEEL BRAKE GUIDE PIN BUSHING WAS FOUND LOOSE.  CLEANING AND INSPECTION REVEALED A CRACK WITH A WIDE GAP IN THE CASTING.  STC NR SA619GL.
