## Discrepancy

DURING PHASE INSPECTION, FOUND 1.5 INCH CRACK IN RT WING CANTED RIB TOP CAP.  CRACK STARTS AT AFT SIDE OF FORWARD SPAR AND RUNS AFT PARALLEL TO THE BEND RADIUS.  STOP DRILL CRACK PER CESSNA INSTRUCTIONS.
