WIRE BROKE 10 INCHES FROM WING ATTACH (BROKE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM).  PART APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN CRACKED ONE-HALF THROUGH FOR SOME TIME PRIOR TO FAILURE.
