## Discrepancy

DURING OPERATIONAL CHECK OF NEW ENGINE IGNITER, IGNITION EXCITER FAILED TO FIRE IGNITER.  PROPER VOLTAGE OBSERVED AT CANNON PLUG.  INTERNAL PROBLEM WITH EXCITER BOX.
