DURING SPRAY APPLICATION, CYLINDER HOLD-DOWN STUDS SHEARED 8 OF 10.  THE CYLINDER CAME LOOSE RESULTING IN LOSS OF POWER AND FORCED PRECAUTIONARY LANDING.  NO RECOMMENDATION.
