EXHAUST LEAKS SHOWING AROUND LOWER COWLING HEATED LIP.  REMOVED LIP INNER PANEL.  LEAKING EXHAUST PAST THE RIVETS AND INSULATION.  FOIL HEAT SHIELD AND INSULATION BURNED.  SUBMITTER RECOMMENDS 50-HOUR INSPECTION BE MANDATORY.  ACFT TOTAL TIME, 827.1 HRS.
