## Discrepancy

DURING A PHASE INSPECTION FOUND BOTH RT AND LT WING CANTED RIB TOP CAP CRACKED.  CRACK STARTS AT AFT SIDE OF FWD WING SPAR AND RUNS AFT PARALLEL TO THE BEND RADIUS.  STOP-DRILLED ENDS OF CRACKS PER CESSNA INSTRUCTIONS.
