## Discrepancy

UPON INSPECTION DISCOVERED LINE CHAFED UNDER ADEL CLAMP.  REMOVAL DISCLOSED RUBBER FROM CLAMP PARTIALLY MISSING AND LINE WORN 50 PERCENT OF WALL THICKNESS.  RUBBER ON OUTSIDE OF CLAMP STILL IN PLACE MAKING IT HARD TO NOTICE.
