## Discrepancy

DURING PARTIAL DISASSEMBLY OF TURBINE TO REPLACE THE FIRST STAGE NOZZLE, FOUND CRACKS IN BEARING BORE AREA OF SEAL.  UPON REMOVAL OF SEAL, NOTICED FRETTING ON OUTER DIAMETER.  SUSPECT IMPROPER FIT OF SEAL IN SUPPORT.
