## Discrepancy

AT 50 HR INSP, NOTICED REINFORCEMENT CRACKED AT BOTTOM FLANGE WHERE HINGE BOLTS TO STABILIZER. INSTALLED NEW REINFORCEMENT FROM CESSNA. SUBMITTER STATED HINGE BOLTS WERE NOT LOOSE, SO CRACK MUST HAVE OCCURRED DUE TO FATIGUE.
